Pet Butler BD delivers within Dhaka and to supported locations across Bangladesh through available courier partners.

Dhaka: approximately 1–2 business days.

Other supported Bangladesh locations: approximately 2–5 business days.

Holidays, weather, courier disruption, remote locations or incomplete addresses may increase delivery time.

Delivery charge is calculated and displayed during cart and checkout based on current shipping settings. This policy does not freeze a specific fee.

COD availability may depend on destination, order value and risk rules configured by staff.

Customers can use Track Order and courier tracking when a shipment has been booked.

Incorrect phone or address, an unreachable recipient, or repeated failed attempts may lead to return or cancellation according to operational policy.
